Genetic Analysis

An analysis of metabolism (how often you should eat), dietary (how you respond to carbohydrates, fats, protein and dairy), exercise and cardiovascular health (what type of exercise you should do), neurotransmitter and hormones, immunity, inflammation, detoxification (how you clear toxins and hormones from the body) and sleep recommendations are included.

Nutrition

We believe many illnesses are caused by the toxins in our foods. Avoiding manufactured ingredients and pesticides reduces the harmful substances entering our bodies. Replacing them with cleaner, more organically grown food and natural plant remedies aids the body in healing itself and preventing future disease.

Acupuncture

A form of alternative medicine and a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine in which thin needles are inserted into specific locations to restore proper flow of Qi throughout the body.

Herbal Medicine

Herbs are used in conjunction with other therapies to promote health. Using traditional remedies combined with recent clinical advances in plant-based medicine, we can craft a plan to create better health.

Traditional Chinese Medicine

An ancient medicine based on the theories of yin-yang, the five elements and the concept of Qi. Assessment is based on the traditional Chinese organ systems and treatment includes herbal medicine, acupuncture and cupping.

Lab Testing

Food Sensitivity Testing, Hormone Testing and Bloodwork.

Cupping

Used widely from a Chinese Medicine standpoint to reduce stagnation in the body. The cups are placed on the skin in specific locations, a seal and vacuum are created with the cup. The cups can be left in one location of glided along meridians. This treatment receives a lot of publicity in the athletic population as it helps to relieve muscle tension.
